The aim of this study is investigate the relationship between job plateauing and mental health in employees of medical science of Kerman. The statistics population of this study consisted of 219 employees of medical science of Kerman. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: job plateauing questionnaire and mental health questionnaire. Pearson and Spearman tests and also multivariate regression model was used to evaluate hypotheses of research. SPSS software was used to data analysis.

Investment on the human resources of organizations is the most appropriate way for gaining a competitive advantage. Organizations should improve their human resources and increase their knowledge and skills. One of the main motivating factors for learning in staff is that they can progress in their careers. Career development leads to career success and career satisfaction. But before that employee should be aware of their career competencies, so they can go through their career appropriately to success.

If in a society, there is healthy competition and conflict does not arise in institutions where these forces are not discharged, these individuals may be aggregated and the incidence of aggressive behavior and self represents the people. When a person sees the far side taste of his thinking does not match turns into verbal violence, profanity, and so on. Aggressive environment while mentally unstable person is affects the behavior of other employees, and ultimately reduces the performance of the work.

Nowadays, the most important assets of an organization are smart people, creating new organizational processes and develop new services, and this will lead to a sustainable competitive advantage through employees with high maturity possible. The statistical population of this study includes all executive employees of Rafsanjan city, Iran; and the total population size was 3072 persons and 245 persons were identified as statistical sample. Data were collected by means of questionnaires.

Research has shown that social support plays an important role in managing psychological problems. Lack of social support has been found to be one of the factors that lead to many psychological problems. One of the anti-social behaviors is introduce as social undermining. Studies show that social undermining is the opposite of social support. Social undermining is a behavior intended to hinder, over time, the ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships, work-related success, and favorable reputation.

The aim of this study is to assess the relationship between the professional competencies and job psychological pressures in Iran. The study population consists of all employees of public organization in Firouzabad city. Data analysis shows that there is a reverse relation between variables. These findings shows that the major factors in reducing job psychological pressures in employees to focus on their professional competence at all levels of the organization.

The current study aimed to investigate the family-work conflict in Tejarat bank branches of Kerman and its relation with organizational commitment of the staffs. Family-work conflicts are including behavior-based conflict, time conflict, strain-based and organizational commitment dimensions are emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment. The study population of the present study was all the staffs of Tejarat Bank of Kerman town. The numbers of the branches were 26 with sample size 295. The sampling was done by Cochran‟s formula and the sample size was 169.
