Abstract: Self-efficacy can have favorable effects on employees. Adherence to the moral virtues of factors can increase the self-efficacy of its employees. In this study, the relationship between adherence to moral virtues and self-efficacy of Zahedan municipal employees are three regions in the year 2014. In this study, descriptive method was used. The population of all the employees of the Municipality of Tehran and its regions to 680 people, and the sample size using Cochran formula, 245 were selected.

The use of these services depends on their acceptance by the people and staff is done and the employee’s use of this service or resistance against it and these services are not used. But the use of these services largely depends on people’s skills.

Abstract: Including moral phenomenon that is common in today's organizations is moral distress. Whatever ethical problems in the workplace has increased stress and work ethic to go unnoticed, there will be many problems. Distress is a destructive stress; harmful; and malignant focus and theoretical discussions on this type of stress is moral stress and negativity is a psychological imbalance in the workplace experiences.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation among the organizational learning capacity and equity in employees of Kerman medical science university on 2014. This study was conducted through descriptive studies and correlation method. The statistical society in this study included 950 of employees who are working in Kerman medical science university. 247 employees were selected randomly. Two questionnaires were used to gather data. The content validity coefficient of learning capacity questionnaire was 0.93 and the coefficient of equity questionnaire was 0.89.

This paper aims to study the relationship between organizational employees’
intelligence and work life quality rate in Rafsanjan executive systems.
Methodology of the research is descriptive of correlation ones. Statistical society

This study is aimed to examine the relationship between employees’ optimism
with their self-belief and social undermining at Islamic Azad Universities of
Kerman Province. Sample of the study consisted of the whole employees of
Islamic Azad Universities of Kerman Province (N=1135). To determine the
