Abstract: Self-efficacy can have favorable effects on employees. Adherence to the moral virtues of factors can increase the self-efficacy of its employees. In this study, the relationship between adherence to moral virtues and self-efficacy of Zahedan municipal employees are three regions in the year 2014. In this study, descriptive method was used. The population of all the employees of the Municipality of Tehran and its regions to 680 people, and the sample size using Cochran formula, 245 were selected. The questionnaire used in this study: Adherence to moral virtues and validity of the questionnaire was 90 hundredths and 88 hundredths of reliability and validity self-efficacy by 94 hundredths and 72 hundredths reliability was estimated. For data analysis, the Pearson correlation and regression analysis using spss software version 22 was used. Results showed that adherence to moral virtues and self-efficacy of Zahedan municipal employees and regions where the relationship exists. In this case, the adherence to moral virtues and self-efficacy of Zahedan municipal employees and regions, it can be argued that there is increasing emphasis on the moral virtues of purity and honesty, empathy and intimacy, venturesome, entrepreneurial alertness and enthusiasm among employees, with an emphasis on improving the self-efficacy of cognitive, increase emotional and biological.
