Nowadays, the most important assets of an organization are smart people, creating new organizational processes and develop new services, and this will lead to a sustainable competitive advantage through employees with high maturity possible. The statistical population of this study includes all executive employees of Rafsanjan city, Iran; and the total population size was 3072 persons and 245 persons were identified as statistical sample. Data were collected by means of questionnaires. Statistical analysis in this study includes descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson test, independence test, log-linear). The findings suggest that there is a relationship between organizational maturity and intelligence personnel. Also, the majority of the staff and all the components of organizational intelligence (Strategic vision, Common destiny, Desire for change, Spirit of unity and agreement, Application of knowledge, Performance pressure) are significantly related with each other.
