The aim of this study is investigate the relationship between job plateauing and mental health in employees of medical science of Kerman. The statistics population of this study consisted of 219 employees of medical science of Kerman. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: job plateauing questionnaire and mental health questionnaire. Pearson and Spearman tests and also multivariate regression model was used to evaluate hypotheses of research. SPSS software was used to data analysis. Results showed that there is significant relation between job plateauing and mental health of employees (with all of its components) in medical science of Kerman. General conclusion shows that employees’ mental health is the most important factor at job success and some employees encounter job plateauing because of their job kind and this problem can effect on their mental health. Thus, it is recommended that managers vamp measures to reduce job plateauing in employees that improve mental health.
