The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between human resources system and the
employees’ respond to customers of Tejarat Bank in Kerman province of Iran. The statistical population
includes all branches of Tejarat Bank in Kerman. Two questionnaires were used to collect necessary data.
The authors used SPSS software to analyze collected data. The results show that there is a direct
relationship between maintaining human resources System and employees’ respond to customers. Further,
the current study revealed that the measures of prevention and treatment services have significant positive
relationship with employee accountability; but, there is no significant relationship between the insurer and
the employee's retirement account. The results imply that, organizations should create conditions for
employees, to respond to customers effectively.
