Need for achievement is an individual level variable; it is defined as the personal striving of individuals to attain goals within their social environment. Individuals with a high need for achievement is very sensitive to the opportunity to do something better than before or than others and to improve skills. So,individuals with a high need for achievement like situations in which they take personal responsibility for finding solutions to problems.It is needed to consider the factors by which increase need for achievement among employees. One factor is focused on justice and organizational justice in workplace.The perception of equitable or inequitable treatment may be related to the comparison made within or outside the organization.Although there is not any experimental study about effect of organizational justice on need for achievement, but it is clear that equitable treatment in workplace leads employees to favorable consequences. It is essential to managers who provide the proper conditions to promote positive behaviors like need for achievement. It is suggested that future research should consider experimental or longitudinal approach and other consideration in terms of subject and setting of the study to generalize the results that allow for reaching conclusions that are more concrete.
