The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between office automation and job motivation and need for achievement, the staff, the Office of Youth and Sports of the Kerman province, in 2014. Present study is a descriptive study, and it is associated. The population of this study is all employees of the Department of Youth and Sports of the Kerman province, the number 300, the sample size is set at 169 people, using Cochran formula. In this study, three questionnaires, automation, job motivation, and need for achievement were used. The collected data were analyzed using the software SPSS, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, Spearman. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between office automation, job motivation, and employees need to succeed in sports and youth departments of the Kerman province. Hence, it is suggested, to authorities, to enhance information and knowledge of staff about how to deal with office automation, through education, to work and need for achievement motivation in employees increases.
