Anti-social behavior such as social undermining are increasing in organizations and these behaviors could be leaded to numerous problems. One of outcomes of social undermining is aggerssion behavior. Therefore, aim of this research is examine the relationship between nurses’ social undermining with aggerssion behavior in Shafa and Bahonar hospitals of Kerman in 2014. This study is used descriptive correlational and cross-sectional methods. The population is of all 542 nurses in Shafa and Bahonar hospitals and sample size using Cochran formula, 190 were selected. Two questionnaires were used in this study: social undermining questionnaire with validity 0/94 and reliability 0.87, and aggerssion behavior questionnaire with 0/97 Validity and Reliability 0.82 was estimated. For data analysis, the Pearson and Spearman correlation and regression testing through software SPSS edition 16 was used. The findings show that there is a relationship between nurses' social undermining and all dimensions with aggerssion behavior. Also, supervisors' and coworkers' verbal undermining could predict to aggerssion behavior. Level of social undermining could lead to negative behaviors like aggerssion. Hence, it is suggested to find ways to decrease supervisors' and coworkers' social undermining to decrease negative behaviors
