This research aims to study the relationship between organizational justice with organizational self-respect and
aggression of employees in Zarand executive systems. Statistical society of this research includes 918 employees of
Zarand executive systems in which 224 people were selected by Cochrane formulation. Measuring instrument is
three questionnaires of organizational justice, organizational self-respect and aggression. To test hypotheses, Pierson
correlation coefficients, linear regression as well as multiple regressions were used by SPSS software. Findings of
this research suggest that there is no relationship between organizational justice and aggression and also there is a
reverse relationship between organizational self-respect and aggression rate; in addition there is a meaningful
relationship between organizational justice and organizational self-respect. According to obtained results it is
determined that self-respect is one of effective factors on employees’ aggression and all its components have a
reverse effect on aggression.
